Synopsis

Nobody throws a party for Sonic quite like Wes Weasley, because Wes is working for Robotnik. The “hijacking” of his limousine by Scratch and Grounder was staged, Sonic’s rescue was the cue, and the surprise testimonial dinner on Wes’ yacht is bait. His reward: a home-shopping channel of his own, with every penny of the profit.
Tails, none the wiser, gathers the guests – Breezie, Robotnik Jr., Sergeant Doberman, Robot and more – and the speeches have barely started when Robotnik crashes the party. Sonic surrenders to save his friends and is sealed in a cell on the sea bed, and the doctor pulls the plug on the yacht anyway before heading home to a banquet in his own honour.
Then Wes looks at his contract and finds the ink has vanished – it was the disappearing kind. The double-crossed weasel frees Sonic, who races up in time to save everyone, and the pair gatecrash Robotnik’s banquet with a clip of his train disaster from The Robotnik Express – followed by the real thing, as a runaway train flattens the villains.
