Synopsis

Election season on Mobius pits the popular Henry Walrus against an unlikely rival: Dr. Robotnik, who is only running because Momma Robotnik is jealous of a friend from the Home whose son became president of his garden club. With Wes Weasley bribed into managing the campaign and Sonic defacing every poster, the doctor trails badly in the polls.
Wes’ fix is a family-man image – a robot wife, a robot dog – and a TV advert laced with “Hypnovision” spirals that only Sonic can see. Hypnotised voters start attacking anyone who criticises the doctor, so Sonic does the only thing left: he enters the race himself.
His campaign is pure sabotage. He re-edits Robotnik’s propaganda, tricks him into tasting a cigar butt and a fishy bicycle seat, convinces the robot wife that her husband is cheating and turns their debate into a disaster. Sonic wins by a landslide, resigns to hand the job back to Henry Walrus, and Robotnik learns that even his mother voted against him.
