Synopsis

Scratch and Grounder plant an explosive in the dam above Beaverville, and Robotnik sets it off: once the town is flooded, he can turn it into his own golf and fishing estate. Sonic answers Cleaver Beaver’s call for help and whips up a tornado to send the water back where it came from.
Beaverville throws a chili-dog party for its hero, and before it can start, Sonic and Tails are asked to look after the beaver babies – who turn out to be a wrecking crew on their own.
Robotnik sees his chance. Scratch and Grounder snatch the babies to use as bait for Sonic and Tails, but the little beavers run rings around their kidnappers and help their babysitters foil the doctor – leaving the robots glad to hand them back.
