Synopsis

Updike, a rabbit on the run from Scratch and Grounder, is rescued by Tails and taken to Sonic, who is hanging out at the junkyard with his old friends Big Griz and Mad Mike – Da Bears. Updike explains that Robotnik is forcing his village to build an enormous statue of the doctor, and nobody eats unless they work.
Tails and the bears rebuild a huge truck to carry food to the village. The robots burst out of the ground in Robotnik’s tunnelling machine and grab Updike, so Sonic poses as a used-car salesman and talks them into a test drive that ends in a scrap heap. In the confusion, Mad Mike is knocked out and dragged away as a prisoner.
With a friend to rescue and a village to feed, Sonic, Tails and Big Griz drive the battle truck through every booby trap Scratch and Grounder can throw at them, smashing their way to the rebels and Robotnik’s statue.
