Synopsis

Scratch and Grounder are glued to their favourite show, Edgar Eagle, until Robotnik interrupts. Their usual row about who the doctor likes best becomes a race to catch Sonic, and when Grounder shoots off first, a jealous Scratch orders an easy-to-build Eagle Chopper from a TV advert.
It is anything but easy. The finished chopper looks nothing like the picture, and after a few egg bombs at Sonic it crash-lands on a farm, where the hen Henrietta finds the pilot. The bump on the head has scrambled Scratch’s memory: he now believes he is Edgar Eagle.
Sonic decides an eagle on his side is too useful to waste. Eager to impress Henrietta, the good-guy Scratch helps him get into Robotnik’s fortress and shut down a dangerous force field.
