Synopsis

In a desert town, a smooth-talking shark named Smiley cheats a group of sheep out of everything they own, then marches them off to build a giant sphinx for “Robotnik Day”. Sonic’s eyes are quick enough to beat Smiley’s shell game every time, and he wins the sheep’s belongings back.
Smiley simply moves the con to Robotnik’s Casino Night Zone, and the sheep gamble it all away again. Sonic, disguised as a maintenance man, rigs the machines in their favour, leaving Tails in the casino nursery while he deals with Scratch and Grounder.
The nursery’s pig attendant is working for Robotnik, though, and Tails ends up in a cage – where he gets his own back by tying the doctor’s moustache to the bars. Sonic returns, takes the house for everything and leads the robots on a climactic chase to free Tails and the other prisoners.
