Sonic the Hedgehog Screenshots (Cancelled Mega-CD Port)

Sega showed a Mega-CD version of the first Sonic the Hedgehog at the Summer Consumer Electronics Show in Chicago in 1992, and Mega Play magazine covered it that year. The conversion was dropped in favour of Sonic the Hedgehog CD and never released, so the only images are two frames from the CES footage, which Sonic Retro notes may simply have shown the Mega Drive game.
