Synopsis

The Oracle of Delphius sends the siblings into another dimension, where they find a gleaming city full of bowing citizens and statues of themselves. The local Freedom Fighters capture them at once and take them to their leader: Robotnik.
In this world everything is reversed. Robotnik is the hero, and the hedgehogs’ doubles are selfish rulers: an overfed King Sonic, a tax-mad King Manic and a cruel Queen Sonia who jails whole families, and none of them plays music any more. When the rebels see that their prisoners are different, the band proves it with a song.
Disguised as themselves, the heroes slip into the palace and take on their doubles. Sonic beats his in a fair race, Manic vacuums up his twin’s loot and Sonia fools hers with a fake mirror. Then they show the rulers what their greed has done. On the way home Sonia hears her mother’s voice, warning that power can corrupt anyone.
